About Us
Hopebridge was formed in 2005 to satisfy a rising need for specialist autism treatment services and to make a real difference in the lives of affected children and their families.
Its innovative outpatient LLC program based in Indianapolis helps children with autism spectrum disorder, feeding disorders, occupational and speech impairments, and sensory processing issues through individualized ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis), feeding, and occupational and speech therapy. Today, it is a valued source of hope, support, and care for patients and their families.
After 15 years, Its Autism Therapy Centers continue to provide committed, compassionate care to patients in over a hundred locations around the United States, including facilities in Indiana and Tennessee.
After years of working with children in her neighborhood, its founder, Kim Strunk, had an idea. It became apparent to Strunk as an occupational therapist that many of the children she cared for showed signs of autism and that many of their families had to relocate to guarantee they received sufficient therapy. As time passed, Strunk understood that there had to be a better method to connect these children and their families to the care they needed.
Strunk's multi-disciplinary, evidence-based approach, based on applied behavioral analysis, soon followed. (ABA). Autism therapy as we knew it then did not include Strunk's method. As a result, many people could not benefit from ABA treatments since insurance companies did not recognize or cover them. Patients at Hopebridge may thank Strunk's perseverance and determination, along with the support of her staff, for opening up new treatment options and opportunities.
Underserved areas across several states have access to high-quality, dedicated ABA services and treatment after over 15 years. It started with a dream and a single Indiana facility, but it has since grown into one of the country's largest autism therapy clinics, serving thousands of families.
Its Autism Therapy Centers, led by Strunk and a team of highly qualified and experienced clinicians, are committed to providing exceptional care and therapy to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Families of children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) have unique difficulties when caring for these children, which is why it offers specialized services to help them. Its broad LLC team provides a wide range of pediatric outpatient services for those affected by ASD, which can address various requirements. These services come together under one roof to make things easier, and they are also meant to inspire optimism and provide those in need with a glimmer of a future.
An interdisciplinary 360-Care approach is offered by its Autism Therapy Centers, which cover a wide range of therapies and services. Among them are:
Analytical behaviorism (ABA). Our comprehensive autism therapy program uses ABA as the foundation with other therapies to inspire significant, positive development and independence in our patients.
Applied Physiology. To help children with developmental disabilities, it offers pediatric occupational therapy (OT) in a pleasant and supportive setting.
It offers exceptional speech and language therapy for children so they may learn to express their needs to others in a way they can be understood.
Its LLC physicians perform Feeding and Swallowing Therapies to address issues and aversions to food to maximize access to nutrition and ensure that family mealtimes go more smoothly for everyone.
Its family training aims to equip parents and caregivers with the knowledge and skills to offer their children the best possible ABA treatment at home.
The Hopebridge Autism Therapy Center also provides insurance assistance, autism testing and diagnosis services, insurance assistance, and much more.
Early and intensive behavioral intervention is at the heart of each Hopebridge strategy (EIBI). Young children between 18 months and seven years are EIBI's primary emphasis. Qualified professionals evaluate each modality to provide the most effective treatment for each kid. Family counseling is part of these plans and, with its treatment, gives patients and their families an outline for an optimistic future full of potential and opportunity.
